Northrop Grumman Cincinnati (Xetron) is seeking a cleared Staff Systems Engineer/MBSE lead to drive system engineering across RF communications projects. You will guide design, integration, and test activities, and serve as primary customer liaison for engineering reviews.

The role requires you to lead architecture decisions, manage requirements using established tools, and collaborate across IPTs in an agile environment to deliver state-of-the-art defense solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor in Engineering or STEM with 12+ years progressive experience, or MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years.
• Comprehension of systems engineering principles, theories and concepts.
• Experience applying Model Based Systems Engineering to develop and model requirements.
• Experience managing requirements or systems engineering artifacts using DOORS, Cameo, or JIRA.
• Direct experience in systems engineering activities: requirements decomposition, architecture, design, integration and test, verification & validation.
• Experience leading engineering teams from various disciplines.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical decisions and guidance to enable timely, high-quality product deliveries and test events.
• Collaborate with IPTs to accomplish program requirements and meet mission objectives.
• Propose and design system architecture changes with traceability to requirements.
• Provide implementation guidance and oversight across technical teams.
• Develop and document standard engineering processes and procedures.
• Participate in engineering reviews of requirements, design and plans.
• Identify problems and research technical solutions to resolve them.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• Support program engineering review boards.
