Job summary

Northrop Grumman Cincinnati (Xetron) is seeking a cleared Staff Systems Engineer to lead MBSE and systems engineering activities for RF communications projects. You will guide architecture, requirements flow-down, and cross-team integration across an agile development environment.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and strong leadership in multi-discipline teams working on defense systems for national security.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or STEM with progressive experience; MS with years; PhD with years.
• Experience applying Model Based Systems Engineering to develop and model requirements.
• Experience managing requirements or systems artifacts with DOORS, Cameo, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical decisions and guidance to enable timely, high-quality product deliveries and test events.
• Collaborate with program systems engineers across IPTs to meet mission objectives.
• Design systems architecture changes with traceability to requirements and provide implementation oversight.
• Develop and document standard engineering processes and participate in reviews.
