Northrop Grumman – Cincinnati (aka Xetron) seeks a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to lead RF sensor and collection systems development. You will guide design, integration, and testing, serving as the primary liaison with customers and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong engineering breadth, hands-on RF hardware design experience, and proven leadership in delivering deployable solutions for defense programs. US citizenship and active clearance are required.

• Breadth and depth across engineering with deployable RF products.
• Experience extracting derived requirements and generating system architectures from ConOps.
• Direct interaction with end customers on technical reviews and documentation.
