Northrop Grumman Cincinnati (Xetron) seeks a staff systems engineer to lead RF sensor and collection system design, development, and integration in a fast-paced defense environment. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver deployable hardware across the RF domain.

Ideal candidates have deep RF design experience, MBSE proficiency, and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams while maintaining strict security clearances and US citizenship requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Top-Secret clearance.
• Recent design experience with RF product designs.
• Experience leading engineering teams across disciplines.
• Ability to assess technical, cost, and schedule execution.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall technical responsibility for electrical design, development, integration and test of development projects.
• Lead teams of engineers to execute innovative RF hardware solutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external customers and internal development teams.
• Collaborate across disciplines to resolve requirements and ensure traceable system architectures.
