Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a wide-ranging technical initiative for a large Federal agency. The role reports to IT leadership, guiding requirements and designing end-to-end system solutions while coordinating with COR and trial attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARMs workflows and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience with the systems being used, usually 5+ years.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environment and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes according to retention policies.
• Consult with COR and government case managers to determine system requirements.
• Design and implement full system solutions and provide cost estimates.
• Lead technical team, supervise staff, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare system and technical documentation and conduct user training.
