Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency. The role reports to IT leadership and involves leading a technical team, designing comprehensive systems, and delivering end-to-end IT solutions for litigation support projects.

Strong Relativity experience and supervisory capabilities are essential. The position emphasizes collaboration with COR and legal teams, developing documented workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in a dynamic government

Qualifications

Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
Must create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
At least five years hands-on experience doing the work on the systems used.
Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, including office networks and databases.
Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to lead a technical team and design a whole system solution.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and document workflows per policy and policy requirements.
Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs.
Determine system and project requirements and design the full system.
On smaller projects, perform full technical support including validations and testing.
Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials.
Organize user training sessions and develop training manuals.
