Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency through a wide-ranging IT initiative. The role reports to IT leadership and involves architectural design, requirements analysis, and delivering end-to-end system solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, strong communication skills, and prior supervisory capabilities. This full-time position emphasizes timely deliverables, training, and collaboration with CORs and government managers.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience with ARM workflows.
• Hands-on experience on the systems being used, five+ years preferred.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and office networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; supervisory ability helpful.
• Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys' needs into a system.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflows per destruction/deletion policy.
• Consult with COR and case managers to determine IT requirements.
• Design entire system to meet requirements and assess project scope.
• Provide technical support, validations, testing, and evaluations.
• Prepare reports, findings, and cost estimates; ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead and supervise personnel; ensure design quality and progress reporting.
• Organize user training and prepare training materials.
