Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a federal IT initiative. The role emphasizes leading a technical team, defining system requirements, and delivering end-to-end solutions with strong Relativity expertise.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Must demonstrate hands-on experience with the systems used, typically at least five years in the field.
• Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes to meet destruction/deletion policy and policy directives.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements and technical approaches.
• Lead technical teams, design whole-system solutions, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials for end users.
