Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency, focusing on Relativity ARM workflows and end-to-end system design. You will collaborate with COR, case managers, and attorneys to define requirements and deliver robust implementations.

The role requires hands-on experience, leadership, and the ability to manage multi-person teams, ensure quality, and provide clear documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Must be able to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• At least five years hands-on experience on the systems used.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process per destruction/deletion policy and policy guidance.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
• Determine system and project requirements and design the full system to meet them.
• Direct and supervise personnel on task orders to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare system documentation and training materials; conduct user training.
