Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a major federal agency initiative. You will design and implement systems, manage a technical team, and collaborate with COR, government case managers, and trial attorneys to address IT needs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Relativity ARM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering system solutions that meet complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity ARM workflow experience and SOP development.
• Hands-on experience with system design and deliverables.
• Minimum five years of relevant work on the systems mentioned.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, archive, and delete materials per policy and policy guidance.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate with COR and trial attorneys.
• Design full system to meet requirements and conduct testing.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and cost estimates for orders.
• Provide user training and create system documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and task-order progress.
