Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team supporting a large federal agency. The role emphasizes Relativity expertise, system design, and leadership across tasks, prioritizing timely, high-quality deliverables.

The candidate will work with COR, government managers, and attorneys to define requirements, design whole-system solutions, and oversee training and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs.
• Create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience on the systems, typically 5+ years.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments.
• Litigation support experience is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and design whole system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process for archiving materials according to policy and NARA instructions.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys for system requirements and approach.
• Determine system and project requirements based on consultations.
• Design the entire system to meet requirements and, on smaller projects, perform full technical support including validations.
• Perform system evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and oral presentations.
• Coordinate with COR on task orders, scheduling, priorities, and cost estimates; report progress and deliverables.
• Direct and supervise personnel on task orders and ensure conformance to standards and design.
• Ensure timely completion and quality of work; prepare system/technical documentation; work under configuration management.
• Organize and conduct user training sessions; prepare training materials and manuals.
