Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency's IT initiatives. You will lead design and implementation of systems, coordinate with COR and trial attorneys, and ensure delivery meets requirements and timelines.

The role requires hands-on Relativity experience, supervisory capabilities, and strong communication skills to drive complex government projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs
• At least five years hands-on experience on the systems used
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments and databases
• Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorney needs into a system solution

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflows to archive/delete materials per policy
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements
• Design the entire system to meet requirements and supervise technical tasks
• Provide technical support on smaller projects including testing and validation
• Makes presentations of findings and cost estimates for task orders
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials
