Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move)
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures
• Typically 5+ years hands-on experience; other systems environments may vary requirements
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC/server databases/apps
• Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful; strong oral and written communication
• Supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead a technical team and meet client needs
• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or information management/technology
• Must obtain a favorable public trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage the archiving of Relativity databases and develop workflows for destruction/deletion per policy
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys on system requirements
• Design systems to meet defined requirements and lead technical implementation
• Perform range of technical tasks on smaller projects including validations and testing
• Prepare system documentation and training materials; organize user training sessions
