Job summary

Körber Supply Chain in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth of our System Integration business across North America, focusing on large-scale warehouse and distribution projects. This role blends executive engagement with hands-on solution shaping.

You will travel up to 50% across NA, build strategic relationships, collaborate with engineering teams, and lead complex, customized proposals from discovery through closure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in intralogistics automation or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in business development and major account management.
• Experience selling complex, customized, project-based solutions with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales efforts for complex system integration opportunities across North America.
• Identify, develop, and close new business across logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and retail.
• Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and executives.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering and solution teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline and hit revenue targets.
• Travel approximately 50% across North America.
