Job summary

Körber seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for our North America system integration business. You will lead high-value opportunities in logistics, distribution, and manufacturing, shaping complex automation solutions with executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

You will travel about half the year to engage customers and partners, building lasting relationships and delivering multi-year growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in intralogistics automation, warehouse automation, or related industries.
• Proven success in business development and account management within system integration.
• Experience selling complex, customized project-based solutions with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales efforts for complex system integration opportunities across North America.
• Identify, develop, and close new business in target industries like logistics and manufacturing.
• Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and solution shaping.
• Collaborate with engineering and solution teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Travel ~50% across North America for customers and events.
