Job summary

Advocate Health Lake Norman is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the maternity nursing team. This part-time role requires three 12-hour shifts weekly and offers a sign-on bonus if eligible, with a pay range of $26.55 to $39.85 per hour.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited surgical technology program, hold current CST certification, and have operating room experience. Emphasis on aseptic technique, teamwork, and policy adherence throughout surgical services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Current CST certification required.
• Meets ST III qualifications of Surgical Tech Ladder.
• 5 years operating room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation and turnover of the surgical suite.
• Keeps aseptic technique and supplies organized throughout procedures.
• Supports Registered Nurse circulator and staff as needed.
