Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and oversee U.Government regulatory compliance across purchasing, subcontracting, and supplier management.

This role focuses on DFARS, MMAS, CPSR readiness, and policy implementation within a DoD contractor environment. You will guide senior leadership, coordinate audits, develop training, and ensure accurate material cost/pricing data for proposals while maintaining robust internal controls and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS compliance as they relate to subcontracting and procurement.
• Develop and coordinate supply chain compliance policies, processes, and tool implementations.
• Support basis of estimate inputs for customer proposals and ensure data aligns with Estimating System and FAR/DFARS guidelines.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs spanning Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
