Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate compliance across procurement, sourcing and supplier management for DoD programs. This role focuses on DFARS, FAR, CPSR readiness, and the Purchasing System, with the ability to work in Bridgeton, MO on a hybrid schedule.

You will guide policy, support cost estimation data, and mentor junior staff while partnering with senior leadership to ensure compliant purchasing practices and robust internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; DoD contractor experience preferred.
• ~8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support job functions.
• Prior CPSR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with export/trade compliance (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with supplier sourcing preferred.
• Experience preparing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk identification.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS applications to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and coordinate policy, processes, and tools, including subcontract flow-down and supplier certification controls.
• Support BOE inputs for customer proposals; ensure cost data aligns with Estimating System requirements and FAR/DFARS rules.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers on compliance, including audits and inquiries.
• Develop and refresh training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports from multiple sources to support leadership decisions; maintain audit trails.
• Lead internal and external audits; drive CAPs to closure; CPSR readiness.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate to actionable policies.
• Participate in business projects focused on compliance and procurement; mentor junior staff.
• Seek improvements to purchasing processes to align with company strategy.
