Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and oversee compliance with U.S. Government regulations, DFARS, and MMAS.

The role supports purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management while driving consistent practices across procurement. The position offers in-person or remote work options with a strong focus on risk mitigation and process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within DoD contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience with cost/pricing data, estimating systems, and cross-functional compliance programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, tools, and controls.
• Support material cost/pricing estimates for proposals in line with Estimating System requirements and DFARS.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers on compliance matters and audits.
• Coordinate training on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Produce reports and maintain audit trails and compliance records.
• Lead audits of the Purchasing System; manage CAPs and remediation.
• Monitor changes to FAR/DFARS and translate into policy updates.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field

CPSM, CFCM or NCMA-certified credentials (preferred)
