Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead compliance across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. The role emphasizes DFARS purchasing system and MMAS usage, with cross-functional coordination under VP and Director of Compliance.

You will develop, implement, and oversee internal controls, train staff, respond to audits, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure robust supply chain compliance. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain-related systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS regulations in subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies and flow-down clauses.
• Support cost/pricing data inputs for proposals and ensure MMAS alignment with Estimating System requirements.
