Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead compliance across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. The role focuses on DFARS purchasing systems, MMAS, and related subcontracts, with governance over policy, training, and audit readiness.

You will interface with senior leadership to apply U.S. Government regulations (FAR/DFARS) to procurement activities, develop compliance programs, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain-related systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for compliance.
• Provide guidance on U.S. Government regulations (FAR/DFARS) as they relate to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes, and tools including flow-down clauses and sourcing controls.
• Coordinate training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Lead internal/external audits of the Purchasing System and related processes.
