Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and oversee supply chain compliance for DoD contracts.

The role focuses on DFARS/FAR compliance, CPSR readiness, and material cost/pricing data accuracy within the Purchasing System and MMAS, collaborating across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management teams. You will guide policy development, train staff, and coordinate audits, with a focus on risk management and adherence to government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within DoD contractor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems to ensure policy adherence and risk identification.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS applications related to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes, and tools.
• Support material basis of estimate for customer proposals in line with FAR/DFARS rules.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and SCM.
• Act as primary compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders, handling audits and assessments.
• Develop and maintain training modules on supply chain compliance.
• Generate reports by consolidating data to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain audit trails and compliance records per regulations.
• Lead internal/external audits of the Purchasing System and CAPs.
