Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and evolve our government contracting compliance program.

Based at the Bridgeton, MO facility with option to work in person or remote schedule, this role partners with Procurement, Sourcing, and Compliance to ensure FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and related requirements are applied consistently across the supply chain. You will review systems, guide senior leaders, develop policies, train staff, and prepare for audits while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DoD contractor supply chain, procurement, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals.
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance programs.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS, ensuring adherence to policy and identifying risks.
• Provide guidance on the application of FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Draft and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies and tools, including flow-down clauses and supplier certification.
• Support development and validation of material basis of estimate inputs for customer proposals.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs spanning Procurement and SCM.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal/external stakeholders; respond to audits.
• Coordinate training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports consolidating purchasing compliance data for leadership decisions.
• Maintain supply chain compliance files and audit trails.
• Lead audits of Purchasing System and related processes; manage CAPs.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate to policy updates.
• Mentor junior compliance staff and pursue process improvements.
