Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead programs ensuring U.S. government regulatory compliance across procurement and supplier management. The role focuses on DFARS, FAR, and MMAS controls, with cross-functional leadership and an emphasis on audit readiness.

The position offers in-person or remote work from a Bridgeton, MO hub, with travel as needed and a commitment to training and policy development. A DoD background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience in supply chain compliance within a DoD contracting environment.
• Ability to support material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support job functions.
• Prior CPSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain-related systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk identification.
• Advise senior leaders on complex U.S. government regulations as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes, and flow-down clauses.
• Support development of material basis of estimate inputs ensuring accuracy and consistency with FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders on audits and assessments.
• Develop and coordinate training modules for supply chain compliance and purchasing system requirements.
• Generate reports by consolidating purchasing compliance data to aid leadership decisions.
• Maintain compliant files and audit trails according to regulations and policy.
• Lead internal and external audits of the Purchasing System and related processes; manage CAPs.
• Support ongoing compliance monitoring including self-assessments and CPSR readiness.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into actionable policy updates.
• Participate in projects focused on supply chain and procurement compliance.
• Mentor junior compliance staff on regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing effectiveness and alignment with company strategy.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
