Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead government contracting compliance across FAR/DFARS, CPSR processes, and supplier management.

You will guide policies, train staff, and interface with customers and internal teams to ensure robust control environments. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable programs within a DoD-contracting context.

Qualifications

• Understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements for government contracting.
• Experience leading or supporting CPSR readiness and audits.
• Experience developing supply chain compliance policies and controls.
• Experience supporting cost/pricing data in proposals and Estimating System compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of the Purchasing System and MMAS.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS and subcontracting compliance.
• Draft and coordinate compliance policies, controls, and flow-down clauses.
• Support material cost/pricing inputs for proposals and ensure Estimating System compliance.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage training modules on supply chain and purchasing compliance.
• Generate reports by consolidating purchasing compliance data.
• Maintain compliance files and audit trails per regulations.
• Lead internal/external audits of Purchasing System and related processes.
• Monitor ongoing compliance activities including CPSR readiness.
• Translate regulatory changes into policy updates.
