Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based in the United States with a flexible in-person or remote schedule. You will lead cross-functional compliance programs, oversee purchasing system controls (FAR/DFARS, CPSR), and guide procurement teams on complex regulatory requirements.

The role requires ~8+ years in DoD supply chain, strong knowledge of subcontracts, pricing, and import/export rules, and a track record of audit readiness and policy development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within DoD environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing, CPSR expectations, and cost/pricing processes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional compliance programs and CPSR readiness.
• Travel as needed; CPSR experience preferred; ITAR/EAR familiarity a plus.
• Experience with material cost/pricing estimates for proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS compliance.
• Advise senior leaders on application of FAR/DFARS to subcontracting and sourcing.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, tools, and flow-down clauses.
• Support BOE inputs for proposals, ensuring cost data aligns with regs.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement and sourcing.
• Lead audits and respond to customer inquiries; oversee CAPs and training.
• Generate reports from multiple data sources to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain compliance records and prepare CPSR readiness materials.
