Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to oversee compliance with U.S. government regulations, DFARS, and MMAS. This role leads procurement policy, supplier management, and training across the organization from Bridgeton, MO with in-person or remote options.

Strong CPSR and cost/pricing experience are essential. The position emphasizes risk assessment, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing audits to ensure robust internal controls and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS compliance.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes and tools.
• Support material basis of estimate inputs for customer proposals and ensure accuracy.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs spanning Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal/external stakeholders on supply chain matters.
• Coordinate training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports and metrics to support leadership decisions.
