Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead internal controls ensuring DFARS/FAR compliance for DoD contracts. You will oversee purchasing system, MMAS, and supplier management, while guiding senior leaders on regulatory applications.

You will drive cross-functional programs, manage audits with CPSR readiness, and contribute to training and policy updates to support procurement and sourcing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of internal controls for DFARS and FAR compliance.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Review and coordinate purchasing system and MMAS compliance activities.
• Provide guidance on complex government regulation applications to senior leaders.
• Lead or support CPSR readiness and supplier audits.
• Develop training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
