Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across procurement and supplier management in a DoD contractor environment.

The role focuses on FAR/DFARS, CPSR readiness, and flow-downs, with involvement in cost data, estimates, and policy development. The position offers a hybrid in-person/remote schedule from a Missouri facility, with travel as needed and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support job functions.
• Prior CPSR leadership or support is preferred.
• Familiarity with export/trade compliance (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with sourcing.
• Experience preparing material basis of estimate packages for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of purchasing MMAS systems for compliance.
• Provide guidance on complex U.Government regulations for subcontracting and procurement.
• Draft and coordinate policy updates, flow-down clauses, and supplier qualifications.
• Support BOE inputs for customer proposals, ensuring cost data aligns with FAR/DFARS guidance.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement and supplier management.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers on compliance matters.
• Oversee training modules related to supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports consolidating purchasing compliance data for leadership decisions.
• Maintain compliance files and audit trails; lead audits and CAP closure.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into actionable policies.
• Mentor junior staff and explore ways to improve purchasing processes.
