Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to develop and oversee internal controls ensuring government contracting compliance, with focus on DFARS, FAR, and MMAS processes.

You will lead risk assessments, policy development, and training across procurement and supplier management. You will advise senior leaders on complex regulatory applications, manage audits, and coordinate reporting to support proposals and pricing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job.
• Prior experience leading or supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), preferred.
• Familiarity with export/trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with supplier sourcing, preferred.
• Experience preparing or reviewing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee internal controls for supply chain compliance.
• Oversee the Purchasing System and MMAS adherence and provide guidance to leadership.
• Advise senior leaders on the application of FAR/DFARS regulations to contracting and supplier management.
• Draft and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies and flow-down clauses.
• Support BOE inputs for proposals and ensure cost data aligns with Estimating System requirements.
• Lead cross-functional compliance programs spanning Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Audit readiness: respond to audits and coordinate CAPs for corrective actions.
• Train staff on regulatory requirements and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Generate reports and metrics to support leadership decisions.
