Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, MO, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager for a hybrid schedule. You will lead review and enhancement of purchasing systems, ensure DFARS/FAR compliance, and drive supplier-management policies across procurement.

You’ll coordinate audits, training, and cross-functional programs with senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in DoD-related supply chain/compliance roles, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.
Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel as necessary to support job functions.
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CFCM, or NCMA-accredited credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead review, upkeep, and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System/MMAS) for compliance.
Advise senior leaders on complex FAR/DFARS regulations for subcontracting and sourcing.
Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, flow-downs, and supplier controls.
Support material cost/pricing data for customer proposals, aligned with Estimating System rules.
Drive cross-functional programs spanning Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Serve as primary compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders; respond to audits.
Develop and deliver refresher/new-hire training on supply chain compliance.
Generate reports from multiple data sources to aid leadership decisions.
Maintain auditable compliance files and records per government regs.
Lead internal/external audits of the Purchasing System; drive CAP closure.
Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate into policy updates.
Mentor junior staff on regulatory requirements.
