Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based in Bridgeton, MO with a hybrid/remote option. The role leads compliance across procurement, sourcing and supplier management, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and Estimating System requirements.

Responsibilities include policy development, training, audits, and reporting. A strong background in DoD contracting, cost/pricing data, and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of purchasing system and MMAS for policy adherence.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS regulations for subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Develop and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies, processes, procedures, and tools.
• Support development and validation of BOE inputs for customer proposals per Estimating System requirements.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders on supply chain matters.
