Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and oversee compliance for the Purchasing System and MMAS. This full-time role may be in-person or remote, with cross-functional duties spanning procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.

The role emphasizes U.S. Government regulation adherence (FAR/DFARS), subcontract flow-down, and CPSR readiness, with a focus on accurate cost/pricing data for proposals and robust training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within DoD contractor environments.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing cross-functional compliance programs.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to travel as needed.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CFCM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System, MMAS) for policy adherence and risk.
• Advise senior leaders on FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, flow-down clauses, and approval controls.
• Support cost/pricing data validation for customer proposals per Estimating System rules and FAR/DFARS.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers on compliance matters, including audits.
• Coordinate training modules on supply chain compliance and purchasing system rules.
• Generate reports from multiple sources to aid leadership decisions.
• Maintain audit trails and compliance files per regulations and policy.
• Lead internal/external audits of the Purchasing System; oversee CAPs to closure.
• Support CPSR readiness, self-assessments, and supplier audits.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate into policy updates.
