U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to drive supplier engagement and promote virtual card payments within merchant services. You will support outreach, advocacy, and reporting to enhance client satisfaction and payment efficiency across B2B transactions.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and operational knowledge, with responsibilities spanning multi-channel communication, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of sales experience within financial services or merchant services.
• Three or more years of supplier enablement/relationship management experience within financial services or merchant services.

Aufgaben

• Outbound calls to large suppliers to promote virtual credit card adoption.
• Explain operational and strategic benefits of virtual card payments to suppliers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot issues to maintain high client/supplier satisfaction.
• Conduct written and spoken communications with suppliers and clients via phone and email.
