Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional for its Virtual Pay Team to promote virtual card payments in B2B environments. You will engage suppliers, educate them on benefits, and help drive adoption of virtual credit cards while upholding U.S.

Bank standards of service. In this role you will coordinate with internal teams, manage multi-channel outreach (phone and email), analyze results, and support market programs across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of sales experience in financial/merchant services.
• Three+ years of supplier enablement/relationship management in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Outbound supplier engagement to promote virtual credit cards.
• Educate and advocate for virtual card payments with suppliers.
• Maintain high client and supplier satisfaction with prompt responses.
• Handle multi-channel communications via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service consistency.
• Provide reporting on outreach results and trends.
• Support projects to improve supplier acceptance of card products.
