Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to enroll suppliers into our virtual card program, educate them on benefits, and drive adoption through outbound outreach. You’ll guide suppliers through enrollment, verify information, and aim to exceed weekly and monthly enrollment goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

A 1–3 year background in outbound sales or customer engagement, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office help you

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program via high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and our network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and QA goals.
• Maintain motivation and manage outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support Payment Optimization and Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members as the organization grows.
