Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute highly complex projects across the country. You will lead the team, set construction sequencing, and drive timely, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality and cost control, coordinate with owners and contractors, manage self-perform work, and mentor staff while ensuring project goals are met through disciplined planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience and 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and enforce an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and schedules with the Project Manager.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities.
