Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex construction projects. You will lead the team, develop sequencing, and ensure timely, profitable completion aligned with company strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, quality, and cost control, coordinate with owners, designers, and authorities, and drive field staffing, procurement, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversees project budget and cost reporting.
• Develops work plans for self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads daily standup and trade meetings.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Ensures quality through QA/QC and compliance.
