Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex projects. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and staff, and drive project schedules to ensure timely, profitable completion.

This role requires strong leadership and construction management expertise. You will coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities, develop plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets and resources across potentially multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience with 8+ years field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads project meetings and manages schedules.
