Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects. You will oversee material/equipment, people management, documentation and schedule, ensuring timely, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn values.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and drive project performance from planning through closeout, collaborating with owners, architects and authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects with emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Strong ability to organize and coordinate subcontractors, staff and resources.
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with project scheduling, reporting and cost control.
• Leadership in a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on site and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and the overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, budgets, safety, QA/QC and project controls.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules and costs.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control and project documentation.
• Lead daily standups and weekly trade meetings, and participate in OAC meetings.
• Communicate progress to owners, design teams and authorities.
• Support project closeouts and owner/architect coordination.
