Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Atlanta to lead complex construction projects, manage teams, plan sequencing, and ensure timely, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee safety, subcontractors, and self-performed work, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities to deliver project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience and 8+ years field supervision.
• K-12 experience (Required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and oversee subcontractors and workflows.
• Develop work plans and manage project schedules.
