Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute highly complex projects across our nationwide portfolio. You will lead safety, coordinate subcontractors, and drive lean construction practices while traveling to project sites.

This role requires extensive field supervision experience, strong scheduling and budget management, and a commitment to quality in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 8+ years of field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees project staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC processes.
• Develops work plans and coordinates project schedule.
• Travel to assigned Advanced Industries projects nationwide.
