Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects within our Advanced Facilities group. You will oversee material, equipment, and personnel, ensuring documentation and safety standards are met to achieve on-time, profitable project completions.

You will lead meetings, manage budgets and schedules, collaborate with owners and design teams, and drive a culture of inclusion and quality across the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 2+ years of field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute assigned projects with some complexity.
• Lead safety culture and mentor staff on safe work practices.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project documentation.
• Develop work plans, track progress, and report in project systems.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and project closeouts.
