Quanta Services’ QISG unit is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead technical, design, procurement, and construction oversight across full project lifecycles. You will collaborate with engineering, construction, and client teams to drive safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget delivery of substation initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management, ABET-accredited degree, and strong leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management.
• BS or MS in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical utility engineering and construction standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical scope, deliverables, and design for substation projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage risk, schedule, budgets, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and ensure safety/quality.
• Support client meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
