Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead the full lifecycle of substation projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will align engineering deliverables with schedules, budgets, and client expectations, while driving safety, quality, and efficiency across teams.

The role requires a strong background in electrical utility engineering, management of complex projects, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years in the electric utility industry with engineering duties or management for high voltage projects.
• Bachelor of Science or graduate degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering work across conceptual to closeout phases and coordinate with clients and partners.
• Define engineering scope, deliverables, and technical requirements for each project.
• Manage performance of engineering partners and review KPIs with senior leadership.
• Facilitate design reviews and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with standards and schedules.
