Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead the engineering deliverables across the full project lifecycle, from proposal through closeout, coordinating with engineering, construction, and clients.

The role requires senior-level expertise in high voltage projects, strong leadership and communication, and a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget while adhering to ANSI/IEEE standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for high voltage projects.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NEC, NESC and related codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering scope, deliverables, and technical requirements across project lifecycle.
• Serve as technical lead through conceptual to closeout phases, including design reviews and constructability checks.
• Coordinate with clients, construction, and engineering partners; manage risk and ensure compliance with standards.
