Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to lead high-dollar procurements and critical subcontractor management under FAR/DFARS guidelines. This role supports multiple sites, including international coordination, with potential remote or on-site work.

Responsibilities include drafting SOWs, conducting ETR releases, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with government contracting methods. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and knowledge of Government contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) through ETR release.
• Advanced purchasing experience, including purchase orders in ERP.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Create and manage SOWs through ETR release.
• Issue RFIs/RFQs and ensure complete information.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Execute subcontracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements.
• Write contract letters and maintain records per US GCP requirements.
• Support proposal costing for subcontract materials/labor.
• Coordinate across sites, including international.
• Manage supplier performance and quarterly reviews.
• Assist with metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
