Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage high-dollar procurements with key subcontractors. You will negotiate contracts, flow down FAR/DFARS requirements, and shepherd SOWs through ETR review, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

The role supports multiple sites, with potential remote or on-site work, and involves international coordination and supplier performance management. Travel is up to 5–10%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and government contracting methods.
• Experience creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) through ETR release.
• Advanced purchasing experience and ERP purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage SOWs and drive them through ETR release.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and gather complete information.
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements.
