Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. The role involves managing high-dollar procurements and subcontractors in compliance with SOWs and FAR/DFARS requirements. Remote or on-site work options are available.

The position requires experience with contract negotiations, SOW development through ETR release, and cross-site coordination, with travel up to 5–10%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering with 5+ years of experience or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with USG, DoD, or FAA contracts and government contracting methods.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive ETR release.
• Issue RFI/RFQ packages and collect complete information.
• Negotiate and manage pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance with suppliers.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and Long-Term Agreements; maintain legal records.
