Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. You will execute high-dollar procurements, create SOWs, and navigate FAR/DFARS requirements. This role may be remote or on-site at a Saab, Inc. office location.

You will review regulatory requirements, manage negotiations, and support multiple sites, including international coordination. Travel 5–10% as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years
• USG/DoD/FAA contract experience required
• SOW creation and ETR release experience
• Advanced purchasing with ERP PO management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Analytical and cost judgment abilities
• Financial acumen to assess cost reasonableness

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Create and manage SOWs through ETR release.
• Issue RFIs and RFQs and collect complete information.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, cost, schedule and performance.
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, Leases, and long-term agreements.
• Maintain legal records per U.S. Gov. purchasing standards.
• Support proposal costing for subcontract materials and labor.
• Coordinate with multiple sites, including international partners.
• Travel up to 5–10% yearly.
